Simon Fell set another personal best with a fine performance in the Peterborough 5k series.
Simon finished 7^th in a blistering 16:29 in a rain-soaked race at Ferry Meadows on Wednesday, July 4 , with Jim Morris 18^th home (and first MV45) in 17:28 and Mark Popple in 22^nd 10 seconds later.
Keith Read (19:11), Martin Candish (19:30) and Steve Parker (19:32) all finished inside 20 minutes, with Chris Lockett (20:40) and Liz Makin (25:20 and fourth in her category) making sure it was a great evening for the Striders.
