Two Striders joined a limited field of 36 runners at RAF Cranwell for an undulating 10k race on Sunday (May 13). Warm sunshine and a stiff breeze was ideal for gliding, but not perfect for running. That didn’t prevent Celina Silver 'flying high' with a PB of 55:19, shaving 4 secs off her previous best and taking 25th place. Nicholas Smith finished in 13th in 46:59.
