Striders perform at end of the Pierre show

Four Striders rounded off the week (May 11) with the Friday night Notts AC 10-mile Road Race around the lakes of the national watersports centre at Holme Pierrepont. Toughing it out against breezy conditions, Algie Audas ran 1:13:23 with ever-improving team-mates Dave Aust finishing in 1:19:08, Becca Brown knocking 10 mins off her previous best in 1.31:18, and new Strider Ian Hovell having a first run at this distance in 1:40:28.
