The sessions on Friday are pretty similar to Tuesday, but we try to run them without the chat breaks. Pace is not an issue - there is always someone to run with whatever your pace.
Come along and give it a go. Bring a change of clothes, shower and have a social drink in the bar afterward. Fridays are very relaxed and great fun.
